A: You can add the RD-1 Electronic hook switch cable to remote answer and end calls.

Q: Can you transfer phone calls through this headset?

A: No, think of the headset as an extension of the handset. You can mute and adjust volume from the headset and answer and end calls away from the phone with a handset lifter or if available for you make & model phone an EHS (electronic hook switch) cable.
