Have to say that this product has worked out great for us thus far. It worked so good that we ordered another one. We did have to order the adaptor for both so that we could pick up the ring line and hang up but they both are working out great for our service dept.

I like this headset a lot. It is comfortable and when I get out of range, it reconnects itself when I return to range. It is clear when talking to others on the phone. It is a great item to have!

I like the over the head fit of these headphones - it's why I particularly bought them. The customer service was second to none when setting to work my phone system. That being said, I am having trouble with the quality of reception - very often the call us broken up and unless I have the mouth piece plastered to my lips, the other person on the line has trouble hearing me. I'm still using the headphones but I wish the call quality was better

This unit is not compatible with the 7925. Only office phones with a removable handset or the square modular headset port.

It is. The lifter allows you to answer and end call while away from the phone. Without it you would need to answer or end calls while at the phone.

Q:
Has anyone used this with an Alcatel-Lucent 8038 deskphone? It has an RJ9 port but it's specifically for a keyboard and there's not a separate headset port. Not sure if it will work properly in the dedicated keyboard port or not.

Hi there. Thanks for asking. Yes. The Air will work with your unit. For telephones without a dedicated headset port, the Air will connect through the handset port. Take a look at the user manual that lays out the process for connecting this way. See the "Desk phone without HEADSET Port" instructions.
