We offer a "No Hassle" 30 day Return Policy:


If you are not satisfied with any product, for any reason, you may return your order within 30 days of the order ship date.


See My Account to print a copy of your Invoice. Orders must be received within 30 days of original ship date to receive a refund.

Please Note:

All returns will be inspected and may be subject to a restock fee for used, open box, missing package inserts and accessories. Orders that received free shipping will have actual shipping charges deducted from refund.

    • Orders received after 30 days of invoice date will receive store credit only. (Sorry, no exceptions). No credit for items returned after 45 days.
    • Products must be returned in NEW condition with original product box and all original manufacturers? inserts including manuals, cables, warranty card, static bags and any other inserts just as they were received. No credit will be given if these conditions are not met.
    • Please do not use the product box as a shipping container for the return if it was not shipped that way.
    • A 15% restock fee will be applied to cover administration and credit card fees to non defective product returns.
    • If Free Shipping was applied to your order the actual shipping costs will be subtracted from your refund/credit.
    • Orders which received free or discounted shipping will be charged the actual shipping charges.
    • Shipping charges paid are not refundable.
    • Special orders and single orders exceeding $1000 are final and are non refundable.
    • Please allow 1 billing cycle to see your credit.

How long does it take to receive my refund?
You should expect to receive your refund in the same method you paid for your order within 1-3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Headsets Connect is not responsible for any open balances, overdraft fees or service charges resulting from the timing of charges or credits to your account.


This time period includes:

  • the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (1-7 days) average.
  • the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2-3 days) average
  • and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (you will need to contact them for this info) (7-? days)


Undeliverable as addressed:

Packages returned as undeliverable as addressed will incur a 15% restock fee if you decide not to reship. Any reship fees will be the receivers responsibility.
